OUR PURSUIT OF SUSTAINABILITY IS ROOTED IN OPTIMISM.

With sustainability at our core, we’re dedicated to our community. We brew with local craft malt and most all of our hops are grown on a single family farm in western MA. We brew exclusively with grain from craft maltsters in Maine and Vermont.

We close the circle by returning all of our brewing ingredients back to the farm after we’ve made our beer.  Just a few miles away in Holliston, MA, Kampersal Farm picks up our spent grain for feeding their small herd of cows, plus pigs and goats.

We are a 7-barrel brewery whose brewhouse, unitanks and brites were made by a small family business in upstate New York, Fronhofer Designs.  Our smallest conditioning tanks (20 gals for small batch brews) are repurposed vessels found idle on a dairy farm in Massachusetts and now have a new life as brewery tanks.
