Our pursuit of sustainability is rooted in optimism.
With sustainability as our core value, we’re dedicated to our community. We source all of our malt and hops from small farms in the Northeast, and brew exclusively with grain from craft maltsters in Massachusetts, Vermont and Maine.
We close the circle by returning all of our brewing ingredients back to the farm after we’ve made our beer. Cows in Medway and Millis, Massachusetts consume our spent grain, hops and brewers yeast. They totally love it!
We sterilize our stainless steel tanks with ozonated water, saving the environment from absorbing harsh chemicals. Our repurposed conditioning and brite beer tanks were found idle on a dairy farm in Massachusetts and now have a new life as brewery tanks.
