WHERE IS THE TAPROOM LOCATED?
Our brewery and taproom are located at 4 Industrial Road, Milford, MA.
WHAT ARE YOUR PUBLIC HOURS OF OPERATION?
Our public hours of operation are as follows:
Monday / Tuesday - Closed (Available for private events)
Wednesday - 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Thursday - 5:00pm - 9:00pm
Friday - 3:00pm - 10:00pm
Saturday - 12:00pm - 10:00pm
Sunday - 12:00pm - 6:00pm
WHERE CAN I PARK?
We offer free parking located in the main lot at the side of the building. We share this lot with several other businesses so we need to be respectful of their space and access.
ARE YOU KID FRIENDLY?
The taproom is a family-friendly environment and kids are welcome before 6pm on the weekends. However, AFTER 6pm we are a 21+ taproom due to live music performances and private parties. We are a taproom for our entire community, welcoming to all. However, after 6pm the taproom vibe is more a bar atmosphere and live music venue and not conducive to the younger set.
ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?
Sorry.. Unfortunately, we are not dog friendly. While service animals are welcome, your trusty companion will need to wait for you to return home.
WHAT BEERS ARE AVAILABLE?
5-oz., 8-oz., 16-oz. pours, and racks ( four 5-oz. pours) are available for on-site enjoyment. 32-oz. Squealers are available for purchase to-go. Draft styles currently available are listed on our chalkboard in our taproom where associated prices are clearly displayed.
To view the current draft list before you visit, our DRAFT BOARD page is updated frequently with beers available for purchase. We consistently post what’s on tap or newly available, and push out a link to our website with the list of available beers. If you don’t already, please follow us on social media for the most recent updates: CraftRoots Brewing's website, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram. We try our best to post on social media when specific beers are running low.
COULD I TRY A SAMPLE OF YOUR BEER?
We wish we could give away sips, but we can’t offer free samples at our brewery. The Brew Crew is incredibly knowledgeable and very experienced at describing flavor profiles, recipe variations, and making recommendations based on your tastes and comparable styles. Please ask questions and let us know what you like - we'd be happy to serve you one, or a rack of four 5-oz. glasses so you can try several different flavors.
MIND IF I ENJOY THIS SQUEALER RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW?
Patience, Grasshopper. We're thrilled you can't wait to enjoy our beer. However, due to Massachusetts law, squealers purchased are for off-site enjoyment only, and may NOT be consumed in the taproom.
CAN I BRING A BLANK GROWLER/SQUEALER, OR A GROWLER/SQUEALER FROM ANOTHER BREWERY TO BE FILLED?
June 1, 2017 - Per a new Massachusetts A.B.C.C. ruling, we may now fill blank 32.0-oz and 64.0-oz growlers in addition to our CraftRoots Brewing-branding squealers. With our squealers, for a small initial fee, we will send you home with your own squealer, which you may clean, and bring back for refills. For outside growlers/squealers, please see our guidelines below (Note: CRB has the final say on what is acceptable):
• Blank Glass, Ceramic or Metal containers.
• Devoid of another brewery's branded artwork or labels.
• Clearly marked as 32-oz, or 64-oz only.
• Cleaned and Dried.
I FORGOT TO CLEAN MY SQUEALER, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Gross. No, we cannot exchange it, but we’ll give your squealer a quick cleaning.. However, if we’re busy, this might take a little while…we don’t want you or others to have to wait, so please remember to do your best to make sure it’s clean when you arrive. Dirty or soapy squealers will alter the flavor of your next fill up, unless that's something you enjoy.
I DON'T DRINK BEER, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
Not a problem. We sell bottled water as well as a rotating selection of soda waters. Please note that outside beverages of any kind are not permitted.
THIS BEER IS MAKING ME HUNGRY, DO YOU SERVE FOOD?
We cannot serve food here at the brewery. However, we do have a Bring Your Own Grub (B.Y.O.G.) policy. Did you make some amazing chili and have leftovers - bring them in with you! Have a favorite pizza in mind - pick it up on the way! Can't decide what you want just yet - it's all good. We have binders on hand featuring menus from many great local restaurants. Still don't see anything that appeals to you - please ask the Brew Crew. They always have good recommendations.
I HAVE A LARGER GROUP COMING IN AND WOULD LIKE TO SET SOMETHING UP, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
We recommend giving us a heads up via phone (508)-381-1920 so we can do our best to accommodate your group. You can also contact us to ask about booking a private party in our semi-private event room by sending an email to email@example.com.
HOW CAN I FIND YOUR BEER OUTSIDE OF THE BREWERY?
CraftRoots beer is available on draft at several establishments. 22-oz. bottles of select varieties are for sale at select liquor stores as well. Our CraftRoots Locator page is constantly updated to highlight our valued partners, and show where our beer is sold. Please check with the locations to confirm availability.
I'M A RESTAURANT / BAR / LIQUOR STORE OWNER. CAN I SELL YOUR BEER?
While we'd love to sell our beer everywhere, our capacity and demand may make it challenging. Regardless, we'd like to discuss your interest. Please shoot us an email - firstname.lastname@example.org.
