Drumming for Drafts

Description: Drumming for Drafts is a  50 minute group fitness class that combining cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout using lightly weighted drumsticks.

It’s effective & unique: The upper body is constantly moving and drumming.  It allows you to see, feel & hear your body’s movements, making it a rewarding & motivating experience. Your entire body is integrated during the workout.

Who it attracts:  ALL different ages & types of people love it! It effectively relieves stress, breaks boundaries and transforms bodies!
